Returning Unwanted items
- You can return any unwanted items to us, providing it is within 14 days of purchase.
- The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
If you receive an item and it’s not what you expected, we’re happy to accept most products back within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in as-new condition, and in their original packaging.
Returns for non-faulty items made after 14 days may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. All non-faulty items must be returned in saleable condition with their original packaging. If an item is returned in a condition that prevents us from reselling it as new, a higher restocking fee may apply.
Before sending any item back, you must contact Huntsman Air Sports by phone or email to obtain a returns authorisation. Once approved, you are responsible for returning the goods within 14 days of receiving the item, ensuring they are securely packaged with all original accessories and documentation.
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving your returned item or confirming your order cancellation. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs for non-faulty items are non-refundable. In cases where the item is faulty, Huntsman Air Sports will cover the standard tracked postage cost for returning the product. Please note that we do not cover the cost of express, next-day, Saturday, AM, special, or other premium delivery services.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your product arrives faulty, defective, or damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund after assessment.
Please notify us of the fault by email/phone. Please state the order number, provide us with images/videos of the fault and a brief description of the issue.
Faulty products must have the original receipt and be returned complete with all components and in the original packaging. All products are carefully inspected by our experts and items that are considered wear and tear will not be accepted as a manufacturing fault.
Warranty will be void on guns with the following:
- Item has been opened, modified, or tampered with
- Incorrect oils or lubricants have been used
- Non-airgun grade COâ‚‚ has been used
- Low-quality or reused steel BBs or pellets have been used
- Poor maintenance, including dirt on the exterior or inside internal components
- Damage from impact, such as dropping or hitting the gun
Cancellation:
If you decide to cancel your order, please get in touch with us via call/email, as soon as possible.
If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the returns procedure as defined above will apply. If the procedure is not followed, the order will be considered valid and the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.
